how to Make A Hovercraft with cardboard and a dc electric motor?

i ve been lookin for a way to Build A Mini Hovercraft with cardboard and ive takin the fan out of a air wick fan and attached it with card board and added a skirt but it wont move can any1 tell me wat 2 do

Your problem is keeping the skirt inflated. The skirt of a Hover Craft looks like an inflatable raft turned upside down. The pressure in the skirt must be very low to make it malleable (less than 1psi) and the air needs to be able to escape as the skirt gets deformed. Usually this is done by inflated the skirt with the lift-fan and allowing it to release with burst valves.

But if you don't want to do all of that (and save weight) can you switch to styro?
